7-Eleven is hiring a Store Manager in Canton, Ohio. The Store Leader oversees store operations, merchandising, and customer service while guiding a leadership team. This role develops staff, drives profitability, and maintains store standards as part of our growth and promotion-from-within philosophy.

Salary range shown is $54,340 to $60,060 annually. 7-Eleven offers training, benefits and bonuses; a high school diploma or GED is preferred and previous retail management experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year of retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from state of residence.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop leaders and maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change and profitability.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure products are in-stock.
