7-Eleven, Inc. MASSILLON OH is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to join our store leadership team.

You will help oversee customer service, training, coaching, and daily operations to ensure store performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include merchandising and marketing program implementation, using store reports to drive changes, managing cash handling and fuel transactions, and promoting our loyalty rewards while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail management is a plus.
• Ability to lead a team and drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store employees.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs and drive profitability.
• Use P&L and store reports to implement changes and manage cash handling.
