7-Eleven in Charleston WV is seeking a Store Leader Trainee to join our full-time team. You will work within a leadership group to execute merchandising and marketing initiatives, drive profitability, and develop the skills of the store team while ensuring excellent customer service daily.

This role emphasizes promoting from within, with training programs designed to prepare you for higher-level leadership.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to retain staff.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs throughout the store.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to drive changes.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty program promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and comply with health procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail management exp valued.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver customer service excellence.

• Monitor P&L and store performance data to drive improvements.
