Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Walterboro, SC to join our management team. You will work with the Store Leader to deliver excellent customer service, lead staff, train associates, and promote merchandising programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with 1 year of Retail Management experience.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Cash handling and loyalty program promotion experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower staff, and improve retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure products are in-stock.
