You will work closely with the Store Leader, provide coaching to staff, and help execute merchandising and customer service initiatives while ensuring a high standard of store operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside Store Leader.
• Coach and train store staff to deliver excellent service.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and stock levels.
