7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team in Michigan. The role focuses on supervising store staff, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales through merchandising and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching for all store employees.
• Strong retention by developing leaders and empowering staff.
• Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.

• Maintain health and sanitation procedures and ensure products are in stock.
