You will train toward leading store operations, oversee merchandising programs, and drive profitability while developing staff and ensuring top-notch customer service. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage cash handling and store reporting.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership for store staff.
• Training and coaching to develop store team capabilities.
• Ability to manage merchandising and promotional programs.
• Use store reports and P&L data to drive improvements.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant store environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with an Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
• Implement merchandising and marketing initiatives to boost sales.
• Monitor cash handling and loyalty program promotion.
• Utilize reports to identify and act on performance gaps.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members for advancement.
