Store Manager

The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store. A Store Leader with an Assistant or two makes up the store’s leadership team, executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the skills of the entire store team, and ensuring customers are well taken care of. Many of our top managers started their careers as cashiers, some even as part-timers looking for extra income. Through hard work, completing our training programs, and learning the business, our store management teams are industry leaders. What you bring:

• Ability to lead customer service, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to implement change.
• Ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote our rewards program.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; candidates with at least one year of retail management experience are also considered.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multitask, perform physical activities, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
