Store Manager

The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store. A Store Leader with an Assistant or two makes up the store’s leadership team, executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the skills of the entire store team, and ensuring customers are well taken care of. What You Bring

• Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Desire to retain staff by developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficiency in using P&L and store reports to implement change.
• Experience with cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our rewards loyalty program.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent retail management experience (at least 1 year) considered.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, perform physical activities (bending, standing, reaching), and lift up to 50 pounds.
