Job summary

Asurion is seeking a Store Leader to drive growth and lead a store team within the UBreakiFix by Asurion network. You will oversee repair volume, sales, customer service, and everyday operations, while coaching staff to meet ambitious goals.

Starting pay is $22.50 per hour plus uncapped commission and profit sharing, with average monthly incentives around $915. This role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and a strong customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of leadership experience, including coaching and training.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
• Motivation to meet and exceed performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to achieve store goals in repair volume, sales, speed, and profit.
• Coach and motivate your team to meet targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by solving problems and empowering the team.
• Maintain store operations including inventory and a clean environment.
• Inspire, develop, and coach team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Guide your team in delivering tailored tech solutions and exceptional service.
• Address customer issues and support the team in challenges.
• Oversee repair quality, inventory, and a welcoming store space.
• Support all roles in the store, from device repair to customer service.
