The Container Store in Framingham, MA seeks a General Manager to lead our store, set the tone for exceptional customer service, and drive business goals. You will guide a management team including a Visual Sales Manager, Training Manager, and an Operations Manager to deliver top results.

You will engage teams, coach for growth, and model standards on the sales floor while optimizing payroll and sales performance to exceed objectives.
