Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, build, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel engagement.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Own store operations including inventory management, replenishment, and inventories.
