You'll develop associates, share product knowledge, and manage operations with an omni-channel mindset, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and visually compelling store environment that reflects the Chico’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the financial goals of the store and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management, daily replenishment of floor merchandise, and execution of inventories.
• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.
