Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
3 years of retail management experience preferred.
Flexible availability—nights, weekends and holidays.
Team leadership with customer-focused mindset.
Ability to develop customer and peer relationships.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
