Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Eugene to be the heart of the store, driving sales, delivering exceptional service, and upholding brand standards.

You will act as manager on duty, lead a team, schedule staff, train new associates, manage operations including cash handling and inventory, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for sports fashion.

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Lead, execute and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee staffing, scheduling, and coaching when Store Manager is not present.
• Administer training and development of store personnel and ensure adherence to policies.
