Job summary

The Children’s Place is seeking a Store Lead at Cool Springs Galleria in Full-time capacity. This role supports the Store Leadership Team in cash-wrap, opening/closing procedures, and as Leader on Duty (LOD).

Key duties include coaching associates, maintaining store standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving store profitability while managing payroll and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years previous retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching conversations with associates.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support and participate in company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely feedback.
• Assess performance and provide appropriate feedback during reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and positive store culture.
• Model exceptional customer service on the sales floor and uphold brand standards.
• Represent the company professionally to customers and colleagues.
• Support management to maximize productivity through operations and product knowledge.
