Job summary

The Children’s Place in Franklin, TN is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team. You will oversee cash-wrap, opening/closing procedures and act as Leader on Duty, representing the brand with professionalism while engaging customers and upholding store standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop staff, manage schedules, and drive store profitability while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching and on‑the‑job training.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support and participate in company training and development initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment and provide timely feedback to staff.
