Job summary

Old Navy in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead a team to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Effective communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
