Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through a customer-centric approach.
• Recruit, hire and mentor Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and execute action plans.
• Lead by example and ensure consistent SOP execution.
• Perform Service Leader duties and uphold brand standards.
• Represent the Old Navy brand and stay aware of retail competition.
• Promote community involvement and brand presence.
• Leverage omni‑channel to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
