Old Navy in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and team, driving profitable sales growth through operations, merchandising, and talent development. You will coach Leads and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Partner with the General Manager to execute store strategy, maximize efficiencies, and ensure consistent SOPs are followed while representing the brand in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Metrics-driven to meet business goals.
• Ability to lead and mentor others.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth through store operations and customer focus.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Represent the brand and understand the retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement and omni-channel initiatives.
• Ensure compliance standards are met and operational excellence.
