Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates; mentor and role model a positive store culture.
• Communicate action plans for projects and company initiatives; contribute to succession planning.
