Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail leadership as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, receiving) with focus on shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, and develop associates; mentor and role model to ensure a positive experience for staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes; support succession planning.
