The TJX Companies, Inc. in Lexington, KY seeks a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll oversee store operations, merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention while driving sales and profitability.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
• Strong leadership with collaboration, problem-solving and empowerment.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.
