Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, and service areas.
• Attract and develop Associates; mentor and provide ongoing training.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects and company initiatives.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets and improve store efficiency.
