Reformation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team, deliver an elevated client experience, and drive sustainable brand storytelling on the sales floor. This role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on achieving store goals through people, processes, and a customer‑first mindset.

You will coach the team, optimize staffing, monitor performance, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding brand standards and loss prevention.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency and processes.

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Lead the sales floor and deliver an excellent customer experience as a brand ambassador for Reformation and sustainability.
• Provide coaching for continuous improvement through in-the-moment feedback.
• Assist in scheduling to balance payroll goals and staffing needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and lead training for the store team.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention and safeguard store assets.
• Support ownership of store operations to achieve revenue targets.
