Job summary

Reformation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Los Angeles area locations. This role reporting to the Store Manager will drive an elevated client experience, supervise daily operations, and lead the store team to meet sales goals with a strong focus on sustainability and brand values.

You will measure sales performance, coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding merchandising standards and loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years retail management experience.
• Experience in a sales-driven retail environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proactive approach with strong communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve results.
• Lead the sales floor and deliver an elevated customer experience.
• Assist customers and coach staff on the floor.
• Schedule staffing to optimize coverage while controlling payroll.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support loss prevention.
• Uphold brand standards in presentation and merchandising.
• Provide real-time feedback on product performance to inform allocations.
