Reformation is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team and drive revenue while upholding the brand's sustainability-focused ethos. You will manage operations, inventory, training, and customer experience to meet store targets.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will schedule staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with corporate partners to optimize allocations and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Retail Experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years Retail Management Experience required.

Responsibilities

• Measure and Monitor sales performance; take action to improve business.
• Own operational execution of store to achieve revenue targets while managing budget and expenses.
• Provide coaching and lead the sales floor to deliver a top customer experience.
• Lead merchandising presentation and product reporting to optimize customer experience.
• Hire, train and develop the store team across all areas of the business.
