Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Branson to lead daily store operations, coach the sales team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee scheduling, training, merchandising, and adherence to company standards to maximize sales and profitability.

The role reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes teamwork, loss prevention, and a welcoming, high-energy environment for customers and staff alike. Previous retail leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead store associates through LIDS Training Programs and goal setting.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
