Job summary

Wayfair’s Birch Lane store in the Tampa area is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a visually inspiring showroom and deliver best-in-class services. You will drive revenue, manage a motivated team, and build customer connections while partnering with local businesses to grow the brand.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of retail leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach teams in a dynamic environment. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management within specialty or multi-unit retail, preferably home goods.
• Strong salesmanship, relationship building, and communication skills.
• Analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate and drive teams in fast-paced settings.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own store profitability and financial health, driving revenue and targets.
• Lead a high-performance team, coaching and recruiting to build bench strength.
• Act as brand ambassador through community events and partnerships.
• Maintain floor leadership and optimize inventory and visual merchandising.
• Leverage analytics tools to drive store growth and brand success.
• Develop and deliver long-term growth plans for the market.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational excellence.
• Monitor competition and market trends to inform strategy.
