Job summary

Wayfair is seeking an experienced Store Manager for AllModern to lead a high-energy showroom, connect customers with the right pieces, and coach a motivated team. You will own profitability, set KPI targets, and partner with local businesses to grow the brand in the Dedham, MA area.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage operations, inventory, and staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in specialty or multi-unit retail.
• Strong salesmanship and ability to build client relationships.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own store financial health and profitability, drive revenue and exceed targets.
