Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking an Assistant Manager for Hollister to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, train your team, and ensure Visual Merchandising standards align with brand expectations in a fast-paced environment.

You will leverage product knowledge and current fashion trends to drive sales while maintaining brand standards and controlling store assets. This role offers growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and brand knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for excellent service and operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays and assist with inventory checks.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture and values.
