Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking an Assistant Manager for Hollister to drive sales, lead daily store operations, and deliver best-in-class customer service.

You’ll oversee opening/closing routines, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, train non-management staff, and build compelling product displays while upholding our brand culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of supervisory, customer-facing experience.
• Strong customer focus and brand awareness.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store operations.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom; ensure excellent service.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll for non-management staff.
• Train and develop team; coach others.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays and merchandising.
