Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive sales, oversee daily store operations, and lead a team. You will manage opening/closing routines, supervise staffing, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining the brand’s standards.

You will leverage fashion knowledge, train associates, and develop talent, contributing to a culture of excellence and growth within the Hollister Co. division of the Abercrombie & Fitch family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and fashion knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in training and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise salesfloor.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
