Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and execute service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring tasks including recruiting, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders and transfers promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
