Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail or auto parts experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise appropriately.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker/merchandising tasks.
• Ensure team members clock in/out according to policy and follow posted schedules.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure money/deposits, and lock/secure the building.
