The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily store operations in Cerritos, CA. You will recruit and coach a motivated team, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales through effective merchandising and promotions.

You will manage budgets, analyze performance data, and ensure health and safety standards while maintaining a positive work environment. A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of retail leadership are preferred.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.

• Minimum Requirements: Open availability, including mornings, days, and nights; 44-hour weeks on average; weekend/holiday availability.
