Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our Fargo, ND location. You will lead daily store operations, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining store standards and processes.

• Lead and train store staff using LIDS Training Programs and set sales tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store security.
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and proper signage.
• Support inventory control and store operations to meet KPIs.
