Job summary

Miniso in Fargo, ND seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive store performance. You will coach a dynamic team, uphold merchandising standards, and promote exceptional customer service.

You will also manage inventory and staffing, train and mentor associates, and ensure adherence to policies. The role includes overseeing the loyalty program and maintaining a safe, engaging shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience with a proven leadership track record.
• Willing to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Willing to travel between locations to support operations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates and report to the Store Manager.
• Support daily operations, merchandising, and policy adherence.
• Drive sales by mentoring staff and promoting the loyalty/membership program.
• Handle inventory, shipments, damages/returns, and supplies.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and retain store talent.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling and ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink and policy compliance.
