Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Fargo, ND to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help manage cash handling, stocking, merchandising, and promo events while promoting the store’s membership program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years in a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader role in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure safety and operational compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and participate in promotions.
