Assistant Retail Store Manager in Bismarck, ND partners with the store manager to oversee daily operations, merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and merchandising.
• Assist with product launches and sales objectives to ensure a superior customer experience.
