Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and operational compliance.
