• Leads, coaches, and inspires associates to build trust, brand loyalty and a superior customer service experience.
• Delivers an exceptional customer experience by observing, listening, interacting and following up to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Manages performance, talent development, and recognition of associates while promoting diversity and innovation.
• Increases sales and profitability and plans staffing to ensure cost-efficient scheduling using labor models.
• Oversees inventory, assets, expenses, and store operations including receiving, data entry, cash handling, and payroll control.
• Maintains store appearance to company standards and ensures signage, labeling and merchandise presentation meet guidelines.
• Leads store meetings to communicate initiatives, policies, and daily operations and communicates benefits and directives to associates.
• Performs opening/closing responsibilities including alarm activation/deactivation, daily balancing and other system processes; ensures safety and security as External Key Carrier.
• Obtains and maintains applicable certifications and completes management training as required.
