Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred in related field.
• 1-3 years related retail, sales, customer-facing, and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Drive memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction.
• Execute Office Depot selling techniques and sales training across the store.
• Foster a sales-focused environment; train and develop associates.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Process merchandise accurately and efficiently; adhere to visual standards.
• Identify process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Coach associates for improved performance; support General Manager.
• Increase sales and profitability through conversion, AOV, and satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and regular coaching to store associates, including Print Services.
• Observe, coach, and provide feedback to build trust and brand loyalty.
• Open and close responsibilities; maintain store safety and loss prevention.
