Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales by analyzing the business, delivering exceptional customer service, and over seeing opening/closing routines.

You will lead staffing, train non-management staff, and maintain brand standards through product knowledge and compelling floorsets while promoting from within for future leadership roles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
