Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coaching teammates, and delivering exceptional customer service in Anchorage. This role drives sales, supports training, and ensures store standards while maintaining a fun, inclusive environment.

As part of the leadership team, you will manage scheduling, execute company initiatives, and uphold policies, ensuring a seamless, high-quality shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear, professional communication.
• Ability to work unsupervised and lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns.
• Lead store associates via training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps when Store Manager is absent.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment in line with brand standards.
• Ensure proper scheduling, staffing, and coverage during peak periods.
• Support recruit and training of store personnel; maintain policies and procedures.
• Ensure merchandising standards and store cleanliness are upheld.
• Assist in inventory control and prepare for audits.
