Food Lion is seeking a Store Manager in Gallatin, TN to oversee total store operations, drive financial performance, and lead a team of associates. This role focuses on safety, customer service, and community engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Store Manager will implement corporate initiatives, manage resources, and foster a positive work environment reflecting Food Lion's core values and strategy.

Qualificações

• Solid understanding of store operations required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or similar as a Certified Food Safety Manager or able to achieve accreditation within 90 days; accreditation maintained while employed.
