• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or HS diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state or pharmacy assistant/licensed RPh as soon as possible per state law.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage store and pharmacy operations including opening/closing, shifts, task delegation and scheduling.
• Supervise cash handling, invoices, and time records; oversee bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Analyze financial and performance data; identify actions to increase sales and control costs.
• Lead hiring, promotion and discipline decisions; coach and develop team members.
