Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations of a Walgreens store in Indiana. You will drive sales, ensure excellent customer and patient experiences, supervise pharmacy and retail teams, and manage merchandising, staffing, and compliance.

You will analyze performance data, control costs, develop action plans, and mentor staff to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience across both front-end and pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Licensed pharmacy technician or RPh knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors customer service and trains team members to improve performance.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Manages merchandising, inventory, pricing and stock to minimize out-of-stocks.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Leads hiring, coaching, and performance management of store staff.
