Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is seeking an experienced Store Manager to supervise customer service associates and the front end, support Pharmacy and Retail Store operations, and partner with the Store Manager to achieve company deliverables.

You will lead recruitment, training, scheduling, cash controls, and performance management while ensuring compliance with policies and laws and fostering a safe, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens program equivalent, or HS diploma with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong business acumen.
• Completion of Store Manager LEAP training or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion and transfer within Walgreens assets.
