Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies; ensure store is staffed.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations and counsel when needed.
• Make recommendations on pay and advancement decisions.
• Communicate performance, safety expectations and policies; coordinate meetings.
• Ensure store staffing, opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Support inventory control, ordering and merchandising to meet targets.
